After having a nice morning at the Sky Lake with a few of her soldiers, Huskyspark had decided to take a look at the Eastern Rock border. She needed to see if there were scents nearby, and if so, if she should set up a day long guard patrol. Already planning out who to send on the morning, afternoon, and night shifts, Huskyspark padded up to the large, ebony rock jutting up into the sky. It is said that it was part of the inner walls of the Eastern Rock stronghold, and it had been launched all the way out here when the volcano erupted its last burst.
A bit lost in the thoughts of the past, Huskyspark forgot about the present, until she was standing with her paws on the edge of the border. She looked around, cerulean eyes narrowed as she took quick breaths in through her nose. She could smell an Eastern male lurking about, just within their territory. She snarled quietly. She didn't like when they got this close to her lands.

Tall grasses softly swayed in the cool breeze, the sun high in the sky, giving the landscape a golden hue. With each gust of wind, you could see it travel across the field in a wave of movement.
The rhythm was suddenly interrupted as a small hare popped it’s head above the sea of grass, it’s ears perked and alert. Dusk, not caring, was upwind of the creature. He knew he would set off prey, but he was just playing around. He bolted after the creature, not even careful to watch for Northern Island wolves. He was on their territory afterall. Being out-run, Dusk gave up the chase, panting with contentment.
The black wolf sat down, allowing himself to take in the territory. He was rarely in his own territory, Eastern Rock Pack. He didn’t like it. He thought it was even ugly. However, Dusk loved the northern territory. He could easily say it was his favorite place. He just loved all the greenery and the openness of the grasslands. He could stay here forever if he could. Knowing he can’t, he stood back up and started to head back to Eastern Rock Pack territory. He knew he couldn’t stay in the other packs’ territories too long or he’ll get caught, but he doesn’t care about being caught. In-fact he quite liked it because it allowed him to meet females.
Soon enough, Dusk was nearing the Eastern-Northern border, the once green foliage, now dead and barren. He sighed, not wanting to go back into the ugly territory that was Eastern Rocks.
sorry i’m a little rusty. I haven’t rp’ed in awhile
Huskyspark turned her head sharply as a different wolf approached from behind her. She couldn't get an accurate smell on them, but she soon saw that it was a male. It took her a moment to realize that she was not viewing just a silhouette, but that the wolf was in fact black and brown shadow wolf. Her bright, blue eyes held his auburn ones as she bared her white fangs, a deep warning growl ripping through her throat. The red fur on her shoulders raised, her flaming tail flaring up in a defense display.
"Off Northern Islands territory, trespasser." she ordered, taking a threatening step forward, her toes splaying out for a better grip in case she had to lunge at him or away. Still unable to place a scent was making her anxious. She couldn't figure out if this was a lone wolf, or if this wolf just paid no mind towards any pack borders and roamed all across Compass Rose. From the way he held himself - as if he was the alpha and needn't to worry of rivals - and his slight thinness, Huskyspark assumed he was an Eastern Rock soldier.
Just minding his own buisness, on his way back home, Dusk was greeted by a red and yellow female. Some sort of fire wolf based on the female’s flame-lit tail. He stood there as she took an agressive stance, growling at him. “Hey now, no need to be so agressive. I mean no harm, sweetheart,” he said smoothly, a slight flirtatious smirk on his face. He didn’t move at all once she took a step towards him. He wasn’t scared.
He slowly blinked at the female. “You’re Huskyspark, right? Alpha of Northern Islands Pack.” He started to get an idea. “You know, I’m just so fond of your territory. It’s beautiful.” On the word ‘beautiful’ he closed his eyes and lifted his shoulders, making sure to emphasize heavily on it. “Easily my favorite territory.” Dusk paused for a moment, thinking about the stunning scenery.
He started to look Huskyspark up and down, checking her out. She wasn’t exactly Dusk’s type, but she was an alpha. That was a challange he wanted to take. The male puffed out his chest and shook his head, allowing his wavey fur to fall back into place. The male looked back up at Huskyspark and grinned.
Although keeping her defensive stance, Huskyspark slowly nodded in agreement. "Your favorite territory should be your own, wolf. But, yes, I am very pleased with the territory as well. Cronsespark, our first alpha, had very good taste in-" She stopped herself and watched with furrowed brows as the rival male began to posture. She took a step back, looking him up and down.
"Stop that." she snapped apprehensively. Was this wolf flirting with her? She did not like that. Flirting made her feel... weird. It was uncomfortable, the odd attention males occasionally gave her. It tends to throw her off guard, making her stumble over her own tongue and paws. She shifted her weight as she glanced around the forest, trying to look anywhere but at the proud wolf standing in front of her.
"What is your name, wolf? You know mine, but I find it rude to not know yours as well." she said, trying to change the subject and distract him from trying to seduce her. The young female cringed at the thought of laying with an Eastern wolf.

Dusk smirked at the alpha, lifting an eyebrow. “Stop what?” he asked, playing innocent. He started to walk towards her, still checking out the she-wolf. “Call me Dusk,” he said smoothly and winked at the alpha. He began to circle her, looking her up and down, admiring her pelt, body shape, etc.. “You would make beautiful pups,” he stated. “Have you ever had a litter? It doesn’t look like it.”
Growing up in Eastern Rock Pack, with no mother, this male was never taught how to treat she-wolves properly. Sometimes what he says and does offends female wolves greatly, but other times he wins their hearts, or at least flatters them. Gradually, the male learns. However, his intentions are never good.
WOW sorry it took me 20 years to reply. I finally forced myself to get inspiration to reply
Scoffing, Huskyspark stepped back and gave him a look of strong distaste. Pups? Where did this come from? Why? she thought with a bit manic. The flame of her tail whipped out for a moment in her confused agitation. Her ears swiveled to the side in discomfort.
To stay on the safe side, Huskyspark nodded in greeting. "Hello, Dusk. Now, goodbye, Dusk. You are still on my territory, and you should move along to your own territory." she huffed, glancing towards the volcano peaking over the horizon. This male was asking very odd questions, and she couldn't wait to get him out of there.
But, she was still slightly curious, and decided to indulge a tad.
"Thank you for your compliments. But no, I have no pups. No mate, either." she sighed, slightly wistfully. She was mostly remembering her mother and lost siblings.
Maybe I do need pups? she thought, suddenly feeling like there was a piece of her life was missing.
Welcome to Compass Ross Packs territories. These wolves are... different than those of Earth. They live in a different realm, and the only way in or out is through the Transport wolves.
What are these wolves, you ask? These wolves have magic on their fur and the elements in their blood. These wolves have power. But will they use them for good, or for evil? That is up to you.
