Hydro

To say Hydro is a mere water wolf would be an understatement. The shades of his long, silky fur all derive from the color of the ocean and rivers. Although, his belly, ears, and the center of his secondary feathers are a creamy white. The tips of his primaries are a deep, navy blue. The edges of his toes are the same hue. His once long, elegant tail was bitten off, making it a bob. His silver eyes look regal, but don't let that fool you.
His powers are based around liquids. Although he can't bend blood, he can manipulate most of the other liquids. He can breathe beneath the water's surface for up to an hour. His main ability is gathering up all the liquid in the surrounding area and collecting it around another wolf, drowning them. He can only do it once in a battle - as if he would willing be in a battle. Because he also a transport wolf, he is able to travel through dimensions, but not time. He can take up to three other wolves with him.

PERSONALITY:
This water wolf is very mischievous. He likes to tease, annoy, and tussle with other wolves, gloating when he appears behind them when they lunge at him. He is known for transporting wolves unwillingly to different parts of Compass Rose. He does this when he is bored, wanting to stir up a bit of drama within the packs. He enjoys watching the wolves from above, like they were little ants scurrying around in chaos.
Although he puts up a wall of blasé, Hydro hates being told what to do, or being called heartless. Even though he likes to cause turmoil, he despises the Dull Pack wolves. If he is compared to those wolves, the name-caller will instantly regret it.
HISTORY:
Born to a line of water and air wolves, being a single child, it wasn't a surprise that Hydro could manipulate water. What was a surprise, though, was that the supposed father wasn't a regular air wolf - he was a transport wolf. The little pack of two families spoiled him rotten, and allowed him to do as he pleased. This is how he became such an impish wolf. His mother, Mahai, would blast anyone who tried to discipline him with cold water.
As a juvenile, he was orphaned. Their pack were nomads, and were down in Eagle's Claw for winter. They made the mistake of coming too close to the Northern Islands. A recently appointed soldier by the name of Tallfang cornered them to the cliff. Mahai ordered him to take to the skies as she protected her only young. Sadly, he was a strong lightning wolf, and pushed her over the cliff easily.
Hydro watched his mother drown in the rough ocean water below, powers not yet strong enough to keep her afloat. He was 23.
Tallfang later joined Fleshspark's ranks and died in the Battle of the Compass.
Eventually, Hydro learned of Fleshspark's evil plans. He learned of what Tallfang had done to join Eastern Rock (something unspeakable to a group of females), and quickly became friends with his enemy's enemy. He helped transport the packs into the heart of Eastern Rock's territory. Of course, he quickly got under many of the wolves' pelts, and has been bothering his "friends" ever since.
